Branson Hospitality, Inc. acts only as an agent for the passenger or traveler and therefore accepts no responsibility, in whole or part, for any delay, caused or not caused, by any attraction, show, venue or carrier in the travel package, or for loss, damage, or injury to person, or property, by known or unknown reasons. Changes due to unforeseen circumstances may occur that are beyond the control of Branson Hospitality, Inc. Should a substitution become necessary, Branson Hospitality, Inc. shall endeavor to make a substitution of an equal or greater value. If substitutions are of a lower value, a refund will be issued.

Should you choose to purchase show tickets, attractions, tickets, lodging, vacation packages, or any other travel product or item from Branson Hospitality, Inc., all payment, cancellation, and change terms and conditions as listed with the particular purchased item are made a part of this Terms & Conditions statement.
